The Northeastern Youth Conference is designed to provide members with an opportunity to meet new youth obtain leadership skills and bring back some new ideas to their Grange. We welcome all Grange youth and non grange youth to participate.

The cost for members to attend youth conference is as follows:

Full Time Tuition...........................................$110.00 per person
  (includes program costs, housing and all meals
     
Commuter (days only) Registration fee ..........$25.00 per person
  (covers all days for the conference - meals not included)

  Breakfast.............................................$4.00 per person
  Lunch..................................................$5.00 per person
  Banquet...............................................$20.00 per person

Crimson Hall

This co-ed residence hall, opened in Fall 2007, houses 408 upper- class students. Room styles consist of singles and doubles in a suite configuration. The most common suite configuration is one double room with two single rooms. This residence hall is located on East Campus next to the Lower Great Hill Parking Lot and East Campus Commons which contains the closest dining hall. Conference rooms are also available by reservation through the Conference and Events Services Office. This air conditioned hall has 2 elevators in the central section of the building with vending machines located in the Recreation Room on the 1st floor. Smoking prohibited.

Laundry: Located on 1st floor (Connect Card Enabled)
Kitchen: Located on each floor
Study Areas: One on each floor.

Summer Conference Lounge Space Guidelines

  • Lounge space can be reserved for exclusive use (offices, camp stores, storage, etc.) ONLY if the
    group requesting the space is alone in the building.
  • Lounge furniture and equipment must not be moved.
  • No items can be placed on game tables.
  • Vending Machines can not be unplugged.
  • Groups will be charged the full replacement cost of any damaged game tables.

What to Bring While Staying On Campus

  • Pillows
  • Sleeping bag
  • Blankets (twin extra-long)
  • Towels
  • Hangers
  • Fan
  • Shower shoes (flip flops)
  • Toiletries
  • Alarm clock (with battery backup)
  • Umbrella
  • Spending Money
  • Flashlight
Prohibited items: electric blankets, candles/incense, toasters, air conditioners, halogen lamps, space heaters, dartboards, and pets.

Directions to Bridgewater State College

Directions from the North:

  • Take I-93 to Route 24 South
  • Follow Route 24 South to Exit 15 (Bridgewater/Raynham - Route 104).
  • Take Route 104 East to stop sign (approximately three miles).
  • Turn left and approach rotary in Bridgewater Center.

Directions from the West:

  • Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to I-495 South to Exit 7A (Route 24 North).
  • Once on Route 24 North, take Exit 15 (Bridgewater/Raynham - Route 104).
  • Follow Route 104 East to stop sign (approximately three miles).
  • Turn left and approach rotary in Bridgewater Center.

Directions from the East:

  • Follow Route 106 West to Route 104.
  • For East Campus, turn left onto Hooper Street.

Directions from Cape Cod:

  • Follow I-495 North to Exit 7A (Route 24 North).
  • Once on Route 24 North, take Exit 15 (first exit, Bridgewater/Raynham - Route 104.
  • Take Route 104 East to stop sign (approximately three miles).
  • Turn left and approach rotary in Bridgewater Center.

Directions from Providence, Rhode Island and Points South:

  • Follow I-95 North to I-495 South to Exit 7A (Route 24 North).
  • Once on Route 24 North, take exit 15 (first exit, Bridgewater/Raynham - Route 104.
  • Take Route 104 East to stop sign (approximately three miles).
  • Turn left and approach rotary in Bridgewater Center.

Directions to Crimson Hall

For East Campus:

  • Proceed to rotary, stay in right lane within rotary.
  • Just before traffic light, bear right merging on to Summer Street (Route 104 East).
  • Bear left through traffic light (Mobil station on left).
  • Go over railroad tracks.
  • Take right on to Hooper Street.
  • Follow Hooper Street to the end and take a left on to Burrill Avenue.

This is the residence hall that we will be using for our lodging during the conference. Look for signs for
Northeastern Youth Conference.
